A boiler crisis in the cold
We were absolutely delighted to find Vallance Plumbing and Heating, back in December, when we had a serious boiler/heating crisis during the extreme cold weather. Josh was able to visit promptly, quote for the repair work and then undertook the replacement installation as soon as time allowed. Josh always demonstrates 100% professionalism, politeness and complete trustworthiness. His work is immaculate, tidy and carried out with personable good nature. He is highly recommended, and we will certainly not hesitate to contact him for any further issues.
Recent work
Neat copper, clean finishes and a tidy space when we leave.

“Josh responded quickly to a minor but awkward issue we had with the header tank overflowing. He attended promptly and fixed the problem by installing a new ball-valve in the loft; luckily I had a loft ladder available. He was polite and efficient.”

The job was sorted efficiently and the new element was supplied and fitted quickly. A professional service that I thoroughly recommend!”
“Josh is excellent, he has done a number of plumbing jobs for us now, including most recently installing a new toilet and fitting a hand wash basin. He responds and books the work in promptly. Each job he has done for us has been done to a high standard with no issues thereafter. He does not create a mess and cleans up afterwards. He is reliable and trustworthy and I highly recommend him.”
“We are so delighted with the service that Josh has provided us, from our first call at 8am on a Saturday morning to all the subsequent work he has completed, including a whole house radiator refit. He is highly skilled, professional and always leaves a clean work area after him. We will continue to return to Josh for all our plumbing needs and highly recommend others do too! Thank you Josh”
